Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Serelle Collective, every product is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color or style
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified because every item is custom made.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.
