All products at Serelle Collective are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Please note that production times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or offer a refund.
